That uses radio waves directed through a probe head that is rested on the skin. The radio waves are directed at the skin to produce a heating effect. Radio Frequency Treatment has been used for many decades for a variety of medical applications.
Skin Tightening targets the deeper layers of skin, heating them up. This creates stimulation of the skin and in particular, collagen, a substance that gives elasticity to the skin. This causes water molecules in the deeper layers of skin to vibrate. This creates friction which causes the heating effect. When heat is applied to collagen fibers, they shrink and tighten up, and over time following the treatment, new collagen also forms. Whilst the deeper skin layers are being heated, the therapist will cool down the top layers of skin using a cooling gel.
The treatment can be used on any part of the body to tighten any loose and sagging skin. It is also suitable for any age group. After treatment, the skin contours more to the body as it has tightened up and it will also become rejuvenated, being younger and fresher in appearance. It is effectively used on areas of the face and neck, the breasts and tummy, and upper arms and thighs. But it can be used on any part of the body that requires the skin to be firmed. It is an appropriate treatment for the face because the aging process sees a reduction in the amount of fat, particularly on the cheeks. Instead of plumping out the tissues (the outcome of filler treatments), it simply aims to tighten up the sagging skin in areas such as the nasolabial folds, marionette lines, and jowls.

RF (Radio Frequency) Skin Tightening takes approximately 30 mins to 1 hour.
The effects are immediate and improvements will carry on for up to 8 weeks later. We advise doing a course to maximize results.
It is important to check with your therapist about your medications and be honest.
No heating treatments are to be done on the day of the procedure such as laser or pulsed light treatments. Keep your therapist updated with any changed health issues, new medications, or reactions as you continue with your treatments.
RF (Radio Frequency) Skin Tightening can be used with Cavitation Lipo in a program together. This will help maximize the results.
During Treatment
Clients may sometimes experience some very mild discomfort or warming sensation. This is temporary and only during the treatment.
After Treatment
Some clients (rarely) experience slight redness and tenderness. This is only temporary and should subside within a few hours/days.
