Weight Loss Package
Do I need to do all three treatments together?
No, you can choose to do any combination of the three treatments based on your individual needs But the combination of the 3 or additional infrared sauna will give you the best and fastest results.
How long does each treatment last?
Red light therapy 30 mins, and pressure therapy 20 minutes, while vibration plate therapy lasts for 10 minutes.
MEMBERSHIPS
1. What exactly is included in the membership?
Each membership includes a specific number of sessions for the selected service. See the membership page for more details.
2. Can I cancel my membership at any time?
Yes, you can cancel your membership at any time.
However, please note that memberships that 1-Year contract memberships have a cancellation fee as follows:
No Contract: You Just have to let us know any time before your billing day. No cancelation fee.
One-Year Contract: The cancelation period is 2 weeks before the next billing.
– Early cancelation fee is the difference between the month-to-month and the one-year contract, (Which is what you would be saving by buying the year contract)
Example: if you buy the 4 sessions a month – 1 Year contract, your savings would be saving $720 per 12 months, and if we divide that in 12 months is $60 per month.
So for example, if you cancel at, let’s say 6 months, you would have to pay $60 x 6 (the remaining months) = $360 early termination fee.
3. How often can I use the services in my membership?
Once or twice a week accordingly.
4. Are there any restrictions on the services that I can access with my membership?
All Services listed are included except for the ones under ” Not Included in memberships”
5. What happens if I miss a scheduled appointment?
If you miss a scheduled appointment with no notice or cancel with less than 8 hours you will lose that session. You have to be on time for each session too as we have scheduled appointments every hour.
The grace period before your technician leaves or another client is taken is 15 mins,
If you are late less than 15 mins, you will only be able to use as much time as it’s left from your 1 hour schedule time.
6. Can I share my membership with someone else?
Our memberships are not sharable or transferable.
7. Is there a limit to how many memberships I can purchase?
No, there is no limit to the number of memberships you can purchase.
8. Can I use my membership at any location?
We only have one location at the moment.
9. How do I schedule my appointments with my membership?

Select the services that you want to do that day, remember it only includes one hour.
You can add services that are shorter than one hour to complete the hour.
You can NOT stack up services on your membership.
10. Are there any additional fees associated with the membership?
Early cancelation fee ( Explained above)
NO show Means you lose your appointment.
Every other service added-on besides the hour is on regular pricing.
11. What is the refund policy for the membership?
There are NO refunds.
12. Can I upgrade or downgrade my membership?
Yes, you can upgrade your membership but you can’t downgrade.
13. What happens if I want to pause or suspend my membership?
So it works a little like a gym membership.
For travel, If you let us know within at least a week we allow the make-up of up to 2 weeks (2 or 4) sessions in the year.
They need to be made up for in the previous or following week. So you would have to double your sessions the week before or the week after.
For Sickness, as long as notice is given, you can make up your session on the week after you are recovered.

Can I wear my regular clothes during the treatments?
A: You will need to remove clothing that covers the areas to be treated for red light therapy and pressure therapy, but you can wear your regular clothes for vibration plate therapy.
Is there any UV light involved in the treatments?
A: No, there is no UV light involved in any of the treatments.
What should I wear during the treatments?
A: For the red light therapy, wear comfortable and loose clothing that exposes the areas to be treated. For the pressure therapy, wear a full-body compression garment along with long-sleeved pants, shirt, and socks.
AFTER YOUR TREATMENT
Is there any downtime after the treatments?
No, there is no downtime after any of the treatments. You can resume your normal activities immediately.
Will I see results after just one session?
A: While some clients may see results after just one session, optimal results are usually achieved after a series of treatments.
How many sessions do I need?
A: The number of sessions needed varies depending on individual goals and the current condition of the body. We recommend a minimum of 8-10 sessions, and we will evaluate your progress along the way to determine if more sessions are needed.
How often can I do these treatments?
A: We recommend spacing the sessions out every 2-3 days to allow the body to recover and maximize the benefits of the treatment.
What should I do to prepare for my session?
To get the best possible results from your session, we recommend wearing a tight compression garment on the treated areas, avoiding carbohydrates on the date of your session, and drinking a gallon of water in the next 24 hours. These steps will help to enhance the effects of the treatment and maximize your results.

A: No, there is no UV radiation involved in these treatments.
How soon will I see the results?
A: Results can vary depending on the individual, but many clients report seeing some changes in their body after just a few sessions. For best results, we recommend doing the treatment 2-3 times per week, with at least one day of rest in between each
How long do the results last?
The results can last for several months, or be permanent as long as you don’t gain any new weight, that’s why it is important to maintain a healthy diet and exercise routine to prolong the effects of the treatment.
Can anyone do these treatments?
While most people can safely undergo these treatments, we do recommend that you consult with your doctor before starting if you have any underlying medical conditions. No Pregnant, Nursing or significantly ill people should receive this treatments
Can I do these treatments if I am pregnant?
We do not recommend doing these treatments if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
What should I wear to my appointment?
We recommend wearing comfortable, loose-fitting clothing to your appointment. You will need to remove clothing to expose the areas being treated during the red light therapy and pressure therapy, so it is best to wear undergarments or swimwear that you feel comfortable in. For the pressure therapy, you will also need to wear a full-body compression garment. We provide this garment, but you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer.
How quickly can I see results from the treatments?
Our treatments are designed to provide noticeable results in a short amount of time. Some clients report seeing results after just one session, but for optimal results, we recommend a series of treatments over several weeks.
How do you ensure my safety?
